Advait Energy Transitions Ltd — Important, 13-03-2026: Company Update

Advait Energy Transitions' material subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited (AGPL), signed multiple Memoranda of Understanding. These agreements, made during the inauguration of its 30 MW Alkaline Electrolyser Assembly Facility, aim to expand its green energy footprint. Partnerships include collaborating with Ganpat University for skill development, Deep Industries and G Power Solutions for joint green hydrogen projects, and Nangia for project structuring and investment. AGPL also partnered with MKC Infrastructure and Hexatron for BESS and solar solutions, Mecpower for solar EPC tenders, and HGTECH for a 2.5 GWh BESS manufacturing line. These MoUs signify strategic growth and operational diversification.
