    KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited — Board Meeting, 13-03-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    KRN's Board has approved raising up to ₹500 Cr via a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). The Board also re-appointed Santosh Kumar Yadav as CMD and Anju Devi as Whole-time Director for 5-year terms. An EGM is set for April 15 for shareholder approvals.
