Lumax Auto Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 13-03-2026: Amalgamation/Merger

NCLT has approved the merger of Lumax Ancillary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, into Lumax Auto Technologies Limited. This strategic move aims to simplify the corporate structure, optimize costs by eliminating duplication, and achieve greater operational efficiency. The integration will consolidate their automotive businesses, unlocking synergies across products and manufacturing. The scheme is effective from April 1, 2024. All assets, liabilities, and employees of Lumax Ancillary will transfer to Lumax Auto Technologies. This consolidation is expected to strengthen Lumax Auto Technologies' market position without impacting existing shareholder rights.
