Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS) will invest an additional upto ₹332 Cr (USD 40 Mn) into its wholly-owned US subsidiary, IKS Inc. The first tranche of ₹166 Cr (USD 20 Mn) has been approved. IKS Inc. provides a care enablement platform, offering technology-enabled solutions and outsourcing services to US healthcare providers. This strategic funding aims to strengthen the subsidiary's existing operations and enhance its offerings, supporting IKS's growth in the crucial healthcare technology and outsourcing sector. IKS Inc. reported revenues of ₹694.11 Cr in FY25.
