Sunteck Realty internally restructured its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Magenta Buildcon transferred to Etashi, becoming a step-down subsidiary. Sunteck Infracon then transferred to Magenta, also a step-down subsidiary. These internal group transfers were each valued at Rs. 0.01 Cr.
