Tandhan Industries' Board has approved a strategic move to optimize its key managerial personnel across the group. Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal, the company's Chief Financial Officer, will now also serve as CFO for Tandhan Polyplast Limited, its subsidiary. Similarly, Ms. Priti Priya Singh, the company's Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will take on the same role for the subsidiary.
