NCLT approved Inox Green's Power Evacuation business demerger to Inox Renewable. IGESL becomes a pure O&M firm. Shareholders receive 122 IRSL shares for every 1,000 IGESL shares. IRSL has an outstanding tax demand of 96.81 Cr for AY23-24.
