Pulsar International Limited has announced its board meeting, originally scheduled for March 14, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting will now be held on Friday, March 20. The Board will consider declaring an interim dividend up to 100% of available reserve and surplus for FY25-26.
