    JK Paper's composite scheme is effective. Three packaging subsidiaries merged. It now holds 31.12% in associate company PSV Agro, and Sirpur Paper Mills is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary. Authorized share capital increased from 500 Cr to 1,226.47 Cr.
