eClerx has allotted 4.70 crore bonus equity shares (1:1 ratio) with a Rs. 10 face value to existing shareholders. This doubles the paid-up capital from Rs. 47.03 Cr to Rs. 94.05 Cr. No fund infusion or change in promoter stake.
