Nidhi Granites Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, SPNP Paper and Pack Private Limited, has agreed to sell its entire 100% stake in step-down subsidiary Fine Papyrus Private Limited to NGL Corporation Private Limited. This strategic divestment, aimed at business restructuring, involves a cash consideration of ₹3.25 Cr. Upon completion, Fine Papyrus, currently in the paper and packaging sector, will cease to be a company subsidiary. This move simplifies the group structure. Importantly, the transaction is not a related party deal, enhancing transparency for shareholders.
