PI Opportunities Fund I Scheme II injected 300.001 Cr into JS Auto, taking a 23% equity stake on a fully diluted basis. This move transforms JS Auto from a wholly-owned subsidiary to a step-down subsidiary for Bharat Forge, signaling a strategic capital infusion for JS Auto's growth. For Bharat Forge, this means partial dilution of its ownership, while JS Auto gains external funding.
