    Beta Drugs confirmed a preferential share issue, diluting promoter stake to 59.10% (from 64.90%). The issue involved a swap for 766,177 Nivian Lifesciences shares and raised 485,778,613 in cash. Beta also acquired 328,358 Nivian shares for cash consideration.
