He will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. Following this, Mr. Abhay Kumar, previously the Deputy CFO, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 16, 2026. Mr. Kumar is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience in financial planning, control, and taxation, bringing valuable expertise to the company's financial management.
