Thermax's step-down subsidiary, FE8PL, secured an Rs 18.77 Cr investment from India Cements Limited, a captive energy user. India Cements subscribed to 1,32,96,350 shares, taking a 14.63% stake in FE8PL. Thermax's holding in FE8PL is now 62.15%.
