    MITCON executed agreements to acquire 49% stake in MINVEN Solar 02 and MINVEN Solar 03. This cash acquisition, at face value, expands MITCON's solar asset portfolio in power generation. Each target has Rs. 0.5 Cr authorized capital. Completion expected within 60 days.
