TIL Limited — Important, 16-03-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

TIL Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved key terms for its upcoming Rights Issue. The company plans to issue 1,20,91,760 partly paid-up equity shares, aiming to raise up to ₹199.51 Crore. Each share will be priced at ₹165, with 75% payable on application. A record date has been fixed to determine eligible shareholders, who will receive 11 Rights Equity Shares for every 64 shares held.
