    Motherson International has completed its acquisition of 100% shares of Yutaka Autoparts India (YAIPL). YAIPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary, a key step in Motherson's earlier announced acquisition of stakes in Yutaka Giken Co. and Shinnichi Kogyo Co.
