Prozone Realty Limited — JV/Acquisition, 17-03-2026: Acquisition

Prozone Realty (PRL) has approved acquiring significant stakes in three real estate entities. PRL will directly acquire 38.5% of Hagwood Commercial Developers for USD 5,554,970. Its subsidiary, Kruti Realtors, will acquire 38.5% of Alliance Mall Developers for USD 9,908,404 and 65.29% of Empire Mall Private Limited for USD 16,681,384. These acquisitions aim to increase and consolidate PRL's ownership in these shopping mall and commercial/residential developers. This strategic move strengthens PRL's presence in its core business and provides an exit for foreign shareholders.
