Sumeet Industries' board approved a Draft Letter of Offer for a Rights Issue. The company also acquired Nakoda Limited's Chips Manufacturing Plant assets for ~Rs 23.47 Cr, significantly expanding its polyester chips production capacity by approximately 400 tons per day.
