Vanga, with a net worth of ₹489.80 Cr, aims to expand the company’s business, introducing AI-native and data-driven verticals, and making strategic technology investments. Post-offer, he will control the company, with no delisting planned. Independent Directors' committee will provide its assessment of the offer. For the half-year, Photon reported total income of ₹0.10 Cr and a profit of ₹0.19 Cr.
