Shree Renuka Sugars Limited — Board Meeting, 17-03-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shree Renuka Sugars' Board has revamped its leadership. Mr. Atul Chaturvedi transitions to Non-Executive Director. Mr. Madhu Rao is now Board Chairman, and Mr. Susheel Kumar Kamboj is appointed MD & CEO. These strategic changes are effective from April 1st, subject to shareholder approvals for the MD.
