The Board approved changing company name to ARVAYA HEALTHCARE, boosting borrowing/investment limits to 200 Cr each, and increasing authorized share capital to 200 Cr. Salil Shetty was appointed Executive Director & CEO. Also noted a 5 Cr LOI for a new tech platform. Many decisions require shareholder approval.
