Bijoy Hans Ltd — Important, 17-03-2026: Company Update

Bijoy Hans' board has approved significant strategic shifts. The company intends to rename itself 'ARVAYA HEALTHCARE LIMITED' to better reflect its business vision. Financial flexibility is set to expand with increased borrowing limits and investment authority, both up to 200 Cr, alongside a boost in authorized share capital from 60 Cr to 200 Cr. Leadership will see Mr. Salil Shetty become Executive Director and CEO, plus remuneration adjustments for the MD and CFO. The board also noted a non-binding Letter of Intent for a tech platform development, valued up to 5 Cr. Most of these key decisions await shareholder endorsement.
