Board approved merging wholly-owned NINL for synergies. The company will invest up to USD 2 Billion (~₹18,488.10 Cr) in subsidiary TSHP for overseas operations/debt, and acquired the remaining 49% of Medica TS Hospital for ₹1.49 Cr, making it a wholly-owned unit to strengthen healthcare.
