For the December 2020 quarter, fines totaling Rs. 246,320 relate to administrative omissions in reporting committee changes, attributed to COVID-19 disruptions and staff illness. The company points to general waivers issued by BSE during that period. For the December 2024 quarter, fines totaling Rs. 144,000 concern reported non-compliance regarding director appointments. The company states it had timely appointed an Independent Director, completing the requirement within the allowed period and thus believes no non-compliance occurred. The company seeks a waiver of all these fines.
