One Global Service Provider Limited has received trading approval from BSE Limited for equity shares issued after its merger with Plus Care International Private Limited. Shares issued include 11,899,800 to Sona V Dhawangle, 120,200 to Jayant Narayan Raghute, and 418,296 to Sanjay Upadhaya. These new shares will now be available for trading on the exchange platform, making them liquid for investors.
