Arisinfra Solutions Limited — JV/Acquisition, 18-03-2026: Amalgamation/Merger

Arisinfra Solutions (ASL) is set to merge with Arisunitern Re Solutions (AUSPL). This amalgamation aims to unlock synergies, boost operational efficiency, and expand scale through resource consolidation and cost optimization. Shareholders of AUSPL will receive 517 ASL shares (FV ₹2) for every 10 AUSPL shares (FV ₹10) held. As of March 2025, AUSPL reported a turnover of ₹43.18 Cr and net worth of ₹19.57 Cr. Post-merger, the public shareholding in ASL will slightly increase from 62.41% to 65.29%. The merger requires shareholder and regulatory body approvals.
