    BLACK BOX (BBOX) allotted 51,09,612 Equity Shares at Rs. 417/share from warrant conversions, raising Rs. 213.07 Cr. Promoter Essar Telecom received most shares (47,96,163), increasing its stake from 70.06% to 70.50%. Other non-promoter warrant holders also converted.
