Shree Cement established a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Shree Cement (Mauritius) Limited, in Mauritius. This entity will focus on cement, ancillary products, and trading. Shree Cement will hold 100% of its shares, with an initial authorized capital of MUR 5,000,000.
