    UGRO Capital has completed the acquisition of Datasigns Technologies Private Limited (MyShubhLife). DTPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary, expanding UGRO's fintech ecosystem. Ekagrata Finance also becomes a step-down subsidiary.
