Raconteur Global Resources Ltd — Important, 18-03-2026: Company Update

Raconteur Global Resources' board has approved a significant capital expansion. It allotted 1.15 million equity shares for ~1.61 Cr in cash to non-promoters and 4.41 million shares from a ~6.18 Cr loan conversion, increasing the paid-up capital to ~10.78 Cr. The company also allotted 7.25 million warrants, convertible into equity over 18 months, for ~10.15 Cr to non-promoters. Additionally, the board appointed Mr. Arvinder Singh Kohli as an Independent Director and Mr. Surinder Kalra as Internal Auditor, strengthening governance and financial oversight.
