Raconteur Global Resources Ltd — Important, 18-03-2026: Company Update

Raconteur Global Resources' board has approved several key changes. The company allotted 1,149,998 equity shares to non-promoters, raising approximately 1.61 Cr. Additionally, 4,414,285 shares were issued by converting a ~6.18 Cr loan. These actions increased the paid-up capital to ~10.78 Cr. A preferential allotment of 7,249,998 warrants for ~10.15 Cr was also approved, allowing non-promoters to convert them into equity shares within 18 months. Further, Mr. Arvinder Singh Kohli was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, bringing over 20 years of experience, and Mr. Surinder Kalra was appointed as Internal Auditor.
