The project, following a Bhoomi Poojan ceremony, will feature 225 residential apartments, 18 commercial shops, and 1 commercial office on an approximately 4,836.25 sq. mtrs. plot. This development replaces an existing structure with 119 flats and 17 shops, reinforcing the company's strategy of redevelopment-led growth and enhancing its presence in Mumbai's real estate market for residents and businesses.
