BHEL's board approved a JV with Titagarh Rail for Vande Bharat train maintenance. It's investing ₹3064.46 Cr in its coal-to-chemicals JV with Coal India. Key plants in Haridwar and Hyderabad are also merging into single, streamlined units by April 1, 2026.
