Asmaitha Wireless, an Indian firm incorporated in 2010, specializes in engineering and manufacturing services for embedded and wireless technologies, including telecom equipment, IoT modules, and medical wearables. This acquisition significantly boosts ASM Technologies' capabilities in engineering design and manufacturing across these high-growth domains. Asmaitha reported a turnover of 3.67 Cr for FY2024-25. The share purchase agreement is expected within 90 days.
