Cipla Limited — Board Meeting, 19-03-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Cipla's Board approved infusing up to ₹830 Cr into its EU subsidiary to fund US operations. It also cleared merging wholly-owned Inzpera Healthsciences, focused on paediatric products, into Cipla to streamline operations. Mr. P R Ramesh is now Vice-Chairman; Mr. Robert Stewart will exit as Independent Director.
