Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited's Board has appointed Ms. Rafiq Ahmed Sulaiha Banu as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective March 20. Her appointment, subject to shareholder approval, is expected to bring valuable corporate secretarial and governance experience to the company. Ms. Banu has relevant experience from an internship with the company's CS department and holds a B.Com in Corporate Secretaryship.
