Vardhman Polytex's board approved raising up to ₹35 Cr via NCDs (18% interest) and ₹25 Cr via Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) from Special Situation India Fund. In-principle nod given to sell Ludhiana unit land to cut debt & fund growth, pending shareholder approval via EGM and postal ballot.
