    Vardhman Polytex's board approved raising ₹35 Cr via NCDs & ₹25 Cr via optionally convertible debentures (OCDs) for debt repayment & growth. They also gave in-principle approval to sell Ludhiana unit land. All decisions await shareholder approval.
