Company approved raising 35 Cr via NCDs and 25 Cr via convertible debentures. It also approved selling its Ludhiana unit land, which contributed 9.51 Cr revenue last fiscal, to reduce debt and fund growth. Shareholder approvals are pending for these initiatives.
