Saraswati Commercial India Ltd — Important, 19-03-2026: Company Update

Saraswati Commercial has completed the acquisition of shares in Bharti Airtel. The company paid Rs. 23.56 Crore towards the first and final call for 5,87,212 partly paid-up equity shares, at Rs. 401.25 per share. These shares have now been converted into fully paid-up equity shares. They will be credited to Saraswati Commercial’s demat account and subsequently listed on the stock exchanges. As a Non-Banking Financial Company, this investment aligns with its ordinary course of business.
