JK Paper Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 20-03-2026: Allotment of Securities

JK Paper has allotted 1.19 crore new equity shares (face value Rs 10) to eligible shareholders of Enviro Tech Ventures. This increases total shares from 16.94 Cr to 18.13 Cr, growing paid-up capital from Rs 169.40 Cr to Rs 181.32 Cr as part of its scheme of arrangement.
