Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd — Important, 20-03-2026: Company Update

Nagarjuna Agri-Tech has completed a strategic 100% acquisition of Allenby Food & Beverages Private Limited for Rs 144.74 Cr. This was achieved by issuing 2.12 crore new shares of Nagarjuna Agri-Tech at Rs 68 each in a 15:1 share swap. This move significantly diversifies Nagarjuna into the food and beverages sector, integrating Allenby's ready-to-eat products and snacks business, which reported a turnover of Rs 52.96 Cr. Additionally, the company announced that Mr. Biswanath Bhattacharya will not take up the CEO position due to medical reasons, leaving the role vacant.
