As a direct result, Mrs. Rupa Minesh Modi resigned as Chief Financial Officer. The Board has appointed Mr. Punitbhai Bavanjibhai Lakkad, a Director of Arix Capital Limited with over 12 years of industry experience, as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 21.
