    Hind Rectifiers Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 20-03-2026: Record Date

    HIRECT has set March 27, 2026, as the Record Date for its 1:1 Bonus Issue. Shareholders will receive one new equity share of face value Rs. 10 for every existing share (face value Rs. 2) they hold. A total of 1.71 Cr new bonus shares will be allotted on March 30, 2026, and will commence trading from March 31, 2026.
