Citizen Infoline Ltd — Important, 20-03-2026: Company Update

The National Company Law Tribunal has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Citizen Solar Private Limited with Citizen Infoline Limited. This means Citizen Solar will merge into Citizen Infoline, and Citizen Solar will then dissolve. All assets, liabilities, and employees of Citizen Solar will transfer to Citizen Infoline. For every one share held in Citizen Solar, shareholders will receive eleven shares in Citizen Infoline. This amalgamation is expected to enhance operational integration, strategic flexibility, and unlock growth opportunities for the combined entity, bringing synergistic benefits and cost efficiencies.
