Nuvoco Vistas executed agreements for its subsidiary Vadraj to issue Series B CCDs up to 300 Cr to investors. Nuvoco holds a call option for these CCDs, failing which promoter Niyogi will buy them. Proceeds repay Nuvoco's financial aid to Vadraj, ensuring 51%+ stake for Nuvoco/Niyogi.
