Crisil has reaffirmed Craftsman Automation's bank facility ratings at AA-/Stable and A1+. DR Axion India's ratings were also reaffirmed at AA-/Stable and A1+. Notably, Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions' bank facility ratings were upgraded to BBB+/Watch Positive and A2/Watch Positive due to its proposed merger with DR Axion, enhancing its financial and business profile.
