Panorama Studios' Board has approved forming a wholly-owned subsidiary in the UAE to boost its international presence. This new entity will acquire, adapt, and globally distribute Indian film content in various international languages such as Spanish, Korean, and Mandarin. It will act as the company's international content development and distribution arm. Initial investment is up to AED 1,00,000, with completion expected within six months. This strategic expansion aims to commercialize Indian intellectual property worldwide and unlock new revenue opportunities for the company.
